Privacy policy
The short version: this website has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no cookies. If you email us, we keep your email.

Who we are
Tessera Learning Limited (聚知教育有限公司), a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What this website collects
Nothing, on its own. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no embedded social media, and no third-party fonts or content delivery networks — the typefaces are served from this site, so your visit is not reported to anyone else.
The contact form
The form on our contact page does not send anything to us. It assembles what you typed into a message and opens it in your own email application, where you decide whether to send it. Nothing is transmitted or stored until you press send in your own mail client.
Email you send us
If you write to us, we hold your message, your email address and anything else you choose to include, so that we can reply and keep track of the conversation. We use it for that purpose only. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list. We keep correspondence for as long as the relationship is live, and delete it on request.
Hosting
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the service running. We do not have access to an identifiable log of who visited which page.
Your rights
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) you may ask whether we hold personal data about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to correct it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires. If you are contacting us from the EU or UK, we will treat requests to access, correct, delete or export your data in the same way.
Children
This website is aimed at teachers, schools and other organisations, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 through this site. Where an app of ours is used by younger learners, that app's own policy sets out how data is handled.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
